Let's start by saying anything posted is not to come off offensive but things I have either been asked or I have encountered throughout my journey of owning my business. Pease take into consideration that whenever you call to make an appointment whether it be with myself or a different cleaning company, we have put you on the schedule under the notion that we will be coming in to do what was initially dicussed or previously arranged. You MUST keep in mind that you may not be the only one on the schedule for the day. IF there is additional work that you would like done, know there is a chance that the cleaner may or may not be able to do it if you present it upon arrival. Therefore, please call ahead and ask if it is possible to etch out a little more time to accomodate the chore that is being asked to be done. If it can't be done then arrangements can be made to do it anothere time and keep in mind there may be additional fees.
